Roberto Doriguzzi Corin from CREATE-NET participated in CNSM 2016 event in Montreal (Canada).

The Conference on Network and Service Management (CNSM) covered all aspects of the management of networks and services, pervasive systems, enterprises, and cloud computing environments.

NetIDE at OpenDayLight and NFV/SDN Orchestration workshop

Pedro A. Aranda Gutiérrez from Telefonica presented NetIDE project at the Workshop on OpenDayLight and NFV/SDN Orchestration held on October 19th in Madrid.
 
The workshop was organized by 5TONIC and sponsored by Linux Foundation.
 

NetIDE at OpenDayLight mini summit

Alexander Leckey from Intel Labs presented at the OpenDayLight mini summit in Berlin, organised as part of the OPNFV Summit. The talk title was “Supporting composed SDN applications and controller independence with NetIDE”

OPNFV Summit is an annual conference to collaborate, innovate, and explore Network Functions Virtualization (NFV). The summit brings together developers, end users, and upstream communities working to advance open source NFV.

NetIDE at OPNFV 2016

Pedro A. Aranda Gutiérrez from  Telefonica will present "NetIDE: Integrating and Orchestrating SDN Controllers" at the OPNFV Summit in Berlin on June 23rd.

NetIDE at ONS 2016

NetIDE will be presented during the upcoming Open Networking Summit which will be held from the 13th till the 18th of March in Santa Clara (USA). Matteo Gerola, research engineer at CREATE-NET will attend the event and will provide the talks.

NetIDE’s Network Engine Shim in OpenDaylight Beryllium and Boron

The 4th OpenDaylight release, Beryllium, is currently scheduled for release Feb 2016 and NetIDE’s Network Engine Shim is on track to ship with it. The Simultaneous Release process will then begin again for the planned 5th release, Boron, which will be due Nov 2016.Again, the NetIDE project plans on being part of the Boron release including such features as the NetIDE Intermediate Protocol 2.0 and additional features/bugfixes.

NetIDE contributes to Floodlight

NetIDE has been recently included among the authors and contributors of the Floodlight Controller (Read here).
We would like to remind you that Floodlight is one of the platforms that has been chosen as client controller for the NetIDE Network Engine.
